Training & Consultancy
The training and consultancy division of WWMB is brought to you in conjunction with Sarah & Ben Cornelius-Price and Shram Event Management and Consultancy Ltd. Sarah is a former Welsh Woman of the Year, Marks and Spencer’s Inspirational Woman of the Year, and founder of The Joshua Foundation, Shram Ltd and WWMB.
Sarah approaches personal development, training and consultancy from a different perspective than most. Her successful international law career was cut short after her five-year-old son, Joshua, was diagnosed with terminal cancer in 1996. Just three months before he died in 1998, she set up The Joshua Foundation and organised a 5k fun run/walk. The event, which Joshua took part in, raised over £16,000. Despite her horrendous circumstances, the phenomenal success of the fun run gave her an appetite for achieving.
Ten years on and more than £6 million pounds worth of fundraising later, Sarah and her husband Ben set up Shram Event Management and Consultancy Ltd to offer a new resource for staff development. Unlike many training providers, Shram is creative and inspirational, showing you how regardless of your circumstances, a productive life is a happy life.

For charities
Sarah’s fundraising determination and success is inspirational. Despite the death of her seven-year-old son, Sarah has successfully run The Joshua Foundation since 1998, managing a large team of staff and raising more than six million pounds. The question for many budding charities is how.
