WWMB Scholarships
WWMB is passionate about encouraging and supporting entrepreneurial activity in women from a young age. Our scholarships are designed for female undergraduate students in their penultimate year, who are aiming for a career in business or thinking of setting up their own business. We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and determined women who can demonstrate they have the drive to make their business succeed.
What the WWMB Scholarship includes:
WWMB recognises that if you’re a young person setting up and running your own business, you will inevitably come across problems and situations that you may be unsure of how to manage. Having someone to support you throughout these times of difficulty or uncertainty can be invaluable and provide you with the advice you need to make an informed decision. It’s also really helpful to have someone who is able to help you stay on track to meet your goals and offer you encouragement during times you may need it. That’s why those selected for WWMB Scholarship will receive one-to-one mentoring and training from our WWMB Executive Committee.
The mentoring placements will give you the exclusive chance to work alongside Wales’ most successful business women. We will carefully select your mentor to complement your business and in addition to being there to support you, they will share their experiences and tips for success to give you the best possible chance of building a thriving enterprise.
